I can't imagine a parent who wouldn't go, even unarmed, into any place whatever the danger, to try to help their child. At the same time, trained and equipped police officers hesitate to act, very very sad! We see around the world excesses when action should not be taken, and inaction when action is clearly urgent, very sad!
