Just an old study.
I may have posted it before, but wanted to share. (c. 1980.)
All pencil: a study in making a smooth surface with nothing but black pencil, w/ purple for highlights.
I did dozens of these; and, like playing scales on an instrument, this hones your eye to find gradations in a 'monolithic' surface. Even my photography was effected by these...they're simple, but they teach one a lot.

A good looking bottle. The light and shading are both done well.
It took me days to get over the vaccine shots. Mom had no reaction to any of them, go figure. I hope you feel better, soon.
