I told Rod I'd post this, but I'm a week late! Sorry! But June 5th was Rod's and Jo's 51st Anniversary (Rod, as in RodS). It's an event fully worth celebrating. All who know Rod know that he and Jo have had their hands full, w/ Jo's brother being ill (may he get better), w/ house problems, health issues, the challenge of moving, and the general malaise of the world at large. To have 51 years together is stunning; and I wish them lots more, in the best of spirit and health: They deserve it. And I hope Rod's brother-in-law is getting better. That would be a sweet addition to their anniversary. My prayers and blessings are with all of them. As I said in a piece I recently posted for Rod (here), he's one of our truly bright lights: caring, loving, giving and supportive; and extremely talented. Since he's been through a lot in the last few years, I want to wish him and Jo a much better and easier time ahead, filled with lots of joy. It should happen---it's time! Are the heavens listening?
