Description
"He was cross the street from the coffee shop pretending to read a newspaper, brother. I am sure I saw him at the airport as well. Who is it?!? Is it the Americans? Is it FSB? What'll we do?" Vladlena fretted.
"First. Calm. I have been watching in rear viewing mirror and unless this person or persons are invisible we are not presently followed." Gregor sighed. "Next, consider how much to share with Professor Van Humbeek. I am of the feeling that we share all and throw ourselves on her mercy, Little One."
"Throw ourselves? It seems only I am being thrown on anyone's mercy!" the worried girl muttered.
Gregor shrugged. "If you are made to return to Russia than I, too, will return. You need family and with parents not speaking to you and Pyotor fighting in Ukraine you are otherwise alone in Russia. I will not allow that, my sister."
The conversation carried on in this vein as they left the urban center and proceeded through a more rural suburban area. The beauty of the late Spring day was totally lost on them.
Molly's art notes: Set up and rendered in Poser 12.0.757 and tweaked in Photoshop. Vladlena Bubnoff is based upon the wonderful and much neglected mesh Bella 1.2 by Ali and available at his website mankahoo. Her brother Gregor is based upon L'Homme with shape and texture by the ever-so-talented Tempesta3d. They are driving in the 1984 Ford Bronco by ADH3D through a rural road setting by 2nd World. Some materials were used from Vince Bagna's Superfly material resource.

Thank you! It was worth retexturing that windshield to take advantage of Superfly's better handling of glass materials. That Vince Bagna produce is so helpful for that sort of thing.

Oooh! I take that as fine praise indeed. Since I try to imitate the look of photographs (after all, my renderings are 2D when finished just like a photo) I feel like "Mission Accomplished"! XD

Poor Lena is always fretting, from the moment we met her! That must be so stressful. I do hope we get to see her smile, or at least just relax a little bit, eventually, perhaps when things are more settled for her. It must be a terrible feeling to realize you're being watched and possibly followed! I like how Gregor is clearly checking the rear view mirror, and the body language on both of them looks just right for the situation. And what nice windshield glass! Well done :-)

That glass material is great; I recommend the bundle by Vince Bagna if you start messing with Superfly. As for the posing it sounds like I managed to convey what I had in mind. I figure there will be plenty of rough sledding for Lena but I think you will enjoy how her relationship with Pixie and Brooke develops. We'll see. =)

They sound like they will truly stick together. Nice render, the windshield glass looks excellent.

Heh. That glass really DID come out well. If you every use Poser with Superfly that material bundle by Vince Bagna is really helpful. I'm glad you feel good about the sibling relationship I am developing for Lena and her big brother. I really like these characters.

I hope the professor is understanding and sympathetic to Lena's needs and fears! Lena sounds like a real treasure as does her brother, so trustworthy and loyal! A wonderful family story! Love it! Excellent continuation of the story! Love how you used the setting as well! I really love that set as well! I must get busy and use it again soon!
