Description
Rescue poor dog who was thrown in the trash by his owner

then there is a link for a puppy thrown a trash pile on a river bank. the legs were taped together and a piece of steel rod was twisted around the neck and torso. the rescuer had to use bolt cutters in order to remove the steel rod
