Description
Cookie enjoys the feeling of flying downhill on her trusty bike!
==AMY’S NOTES==
Cookie knows that nothing bad will happen to her beloved Pudgy in Poserland, but she advises all viewers AGAINST the idea of riding a bike with a dog in the basket, esp. while taking one’s hands off the handlebars!
Roadsides always look wrong to me without plants, so I loaded and positioned a ton of different flowers, plants, and grasses, but in the end, only the simple grasses looked right!
Rendered in July 2022 using Firefly in Poser Pro 11.3 for Mac at 2400 × 3000 pixels. Motion blur and IDL enabled. Postwork in ON1 Effects. View full size on my blog.

One of your best artwork. It's a beautiful scene. The doggy is so adorable and Cookie's face expression is delightful..

Thanks so much for the kind comment, Gisela! Cookie is such a joy to work with, and I'm so glad I finally came up with a scene for the adorable Pudgy the Corgi!
Radar_rad-dude
A very sweet and charmingly delightful scene of this little girl enjoying being outside and riding her bicycle! Love her little puppy in the front basket as well! He is so very cute and is enjoying the ride too! Most splendid work! I want to thank you again for you many kindnesses and express my gratitude one more time! Very fine work on this very cool image! Many fine praises and accolades from me to you!!!!!

Fine scene.

This really gives the feeling of flying! What a delightful scene with great expression & pose! I love that puppy! I can see where the flowers might have distracted from the main subjects of the scene! It was a good decision to leave them out.

Thanks so much for the comments! Shortly after I got Pudgy and the other hypertaf critters, I tried growing fur for Pudgy in Poser's Hair Room, but it doesn't work as expected for reasons that probably have to do with the fact that he was made for use in DS, not Poser. But he's pretty cute even without fur, so I'm glad to have the chance to use him!

Pretty cute render!

Her puppy is sure enjoying the bike ride. It fits in the basket well so far
Just hope she pays attention to the road having her eyes closed. Could be a big chuck hole ahead.

I definitely wouldn't advise trying this at home! I can barely take one hand off the handlebars while riding my bike, much less two, and I'd never close my eyes! But magic is possible in Poserland, so I think Cookie and Pudgy are pretty safe :-)
CoolDimension
Awesome job on this!
madame
It's absolutely charming and joyful, I like Cookie's exoression and the pose a lot and also the cute little doggie... wonderfully done image !!
perpetualrevision
Thanks so much for the comment, Madame! When the idea first came to me, its as just Cookie on a bike, but I'd been wanting to use Pudgy in a scene, so he seemed like the perfect addition! Once I found him a blanket to sit on, of course :-)

She looks so happy and carefree. Wonderful work. Congrats on your other image making this weeks Poser Plus showcase
perpetualrevision
She's doing something I'd never dream of doing on my own bike but that I imagine would be pretty fun, if you could be certain nothing bad would happen! Thanks for the congrats, and congrats to you as well!
MeInOhio
Cute scene! She better pay attention. She'll be going faster than she realizes in no time!
perpetualrevision
I hope the bike has good brakes!! And little Pudgy better hold on! Thanks for the comment :-)
gerberc
Yep, that's fun and your render reflects that feeling very well!
perpetualrevision
Thanks for the comment! Sounds like you speak from experience? I can barely take one hand off the wheel of my own bike, never two, but I have ridden it downhill pretty fast, on a paved trail that follows along a state highway. It's exhilarating but also kinda terrifying! Only in Poserland would I consider riding with eyes closed :-)
OmniFX
Wow, what a dare-devil young lady. Down a steep hill, no hands and with her eyes closed. May the force be with her. Lovely and adorable image!
perpetualrevision
She's certainly braver than I am! But she has the assurance of knowing that bad things don't happen to polygon people, unless the artist wants them to, and I want all the best for Cookie and Pudgy :-)
UteBigSmile
I really love this new image, which looks simply very funny and well done!

Fun and beautiful - and what an adorable puppy <3

Charming, and so much fun!!!!

Wow, I love the picture. An excellent choice using the motion blur as the spinning wheels really give a sense of zipping down hill which make her joyful posture and Pudgie's alert position feel even more appropriate. Thanks for sharing, I really enjoyed viewing this one.

what a sense of joy and freedom exuding from this. makes me wanna be a Cookie, preferably a gingersnap [l'il smile]. i, too, think the way you've handled the sense of motion via a blur is really well executed. i still have no clue on how to do such things within Poser itself...
