Description

'Wraiths!' he wailed. 'Wraiths on wings! The Precious is their master. They see everything, everything. Nothing can hide from them....'

Like the movie of The Two Towers, this picture takes a few liberties with the location, but it's my first fully digital piece of Lord of the Rings-inspired artwork.

It's also my first serious use of DAZ's new Victoria 3.0 figure (as Gollum), with the Millennium Dragon playing the role of the Nazg

Very impressive work. You've definitely captured the essense of Gollum here. I feel kinda sorry for the poor chap.

pic is greeeeeeeeaaate, is the v3 a replacement for mike as well?

Thanks for your comments! V3 does have a number of male morphs, and more are on the way. Michael 3.0 is also in the works at DAZ, so the product lines are meant to complement, not replace each other. With V3 you can use a single figure for characters of both sexes, but you get even more variety using figures with different base geometries.
