That HDR allows light coming through the ceiling, just have a peek to dual slit experiment on youtube and you'll get the bigger picture.

And light can come through the ceiling because it was designed that way, even the ceiling is pretty thick.

They are just render tests and the goal is getting propper lighting and optimal render times for the wet skin and wet clothes.
Wet stuff hardly depends on lighting and render setting..

I've read you'll get some augmentations.., I can only assume you've got some actions Bezos sold recently, couple dozens billions only, which makes me think you'll have some access to some powerful farms. While a most flexible choice, I'd rather recommend some DGX H100, they are better bang for the buck. Just saying..

really impressive work...i love the long view in both images, and the feeling of large empty spaces. In the first image, your lone human brings out how large this space is. Fine perspective lines too. And in the second version, it's all stillness and peace---ie, a very tranquil underwater world. The swimmer seems to be floating in air.
And you know, the amazing thing is: The "noise-filled" versions have a special feeling all their own: It's as if we're viewing them through secret lenses (like the night goggles they use in the military), and it feels very secret and special. Really sweet work with space here, and with lights...fine pieces, Marius.
