Description
"We've the crown," the Cat Girl exclaimed with it perched on her head. "I've removed the sword so that's ours as well. And the Amulet the Wizard Ludovich wanted as payment? I'm thinking I can pull it from the golden collar on which it is mounted! What of brave Sir Squeaker, Jorl?"
" 'Ee just squeezed outta teh golem's thorax!" Jorl replied. " 'Ee looks a bit singed but 'ee be movin' pretty fair!"
"That was very close... and very hot back in there. We should acquire our riches and make an expedient exit!" The noble rodent coughed. "The scroll turned the golem to stone as we expected. It is, however, still a Golem and I can feel it beginning to move." As Squeaker scampered down the Golem's leg small vibrations and grating sounds from the giant heralded it's animation.
Molly's art notes: Set up and rendered in Poser 12.0.1029 with Superfly Cycles 2 and tweaked in Photoshop for a bit of glow (spectral bloom) and vignette. The pyrotechnics is a prop rendered in the original picture, not postwork. The Catgirl is based on A3. Jorl and Stone Golem are a stand alone figures by Sixus1. The setting is from Cybertenko.

Thank you! The content by Shaaramuse3D was really helpful setting up the effects. I used to do all that sort of thing in post work. It's great to have it in the original rendering. =)

This new graphic, looks as always very nice! I am very sorry for the copy/paste comments, but otherwise I can not manage them all and because of my spine I have no other choice. I wish you a good new week and stay safe and cheerful, because something happened so fast.

Sterling job! Low light scenes are tricky at best but this is excellently handled.

Thanks, Joe. I agree that low light is really hard to do realistically and still have enough light for the viewer to see the action. I flatter myself thinking I'm always getting a bit better with it! ;-D

I love that Catgirl put the crown on her head (as a convenient way to "carry" it, I'm sure 😉), but she better hurry up and grab those other shinies before the golem re-animates! I'm surprised Jori doesn't already have his hands on that sword. So glad to see that Sir Squeaker escaped from the golem's pyrotechnics in time!

Yes indeed! She can carry more shinies if the crown is on her head... that's it! XD You're certainly correct that Jorl will be making off with the sword. As for Sir Squeaker? I certainly couldn't let him die! =)

The flash effects in this one are quite eye-catching which I suppose is the idea in a dark scene - Shaaramuse does have a ton of useful things...

I'm glad you enjoyed it, JD. I can't plug Shaaramuse3D often enough even though I don't use his content in every scene. When I need it, it looks SO good. =)
