Description
Director Hanna Matthews is in charge of space traffic control at New Ilium starport, and she's just learned that the incoming shift is going to be short handed. Again. The lack of personnel is starting to play havoc with ship schedules, and if it continues, it's going to impact safety as well. But until the board approves a new and larger budget, there isn't a lot she can do about it.
