Description
this is from an old, old painting, turned digital, turned photo-manipulated, and generally abused and irritated by me.
(It's fuller if you care to zoom...I got streamers in there...)
It's been an iffy month for me---bad back, real fatigue, and a lingering cold. But I started commenting again and I'm gonna try to get to everyone this time. I see everything regardless, so I've not missed anything.
I completed the a.o.m. interview, and it will go up this week. (I'll give a link once it's posted.) Ricky---Ricky Grove, the editor here (who does remarkable work here)---has been very patient with me. (I moved like a snail!)
I hope you're all well, and I wish you inspiration! I always thought November was an inspired month---silver, mysterious, dark and brooding and very beautiful. Nature sweeps itself clean after the orgy of October.
Thanks so much for your visits and support, they mean the world to me. I'll get to you all this time. Take care, mark

Wow!!! Spectacular image Mark...it conjures up the odor of hot dogs and other street food...in my mind I can see the vendors and the continuous flock of the crowds...I hear the gulls overhead as they watch for that dropped goodie that will make their dinner...reminds me of the flea markets I sold at and Pike Place Market in Seattle which was an everyday street fair...not sure how the are faring since covid but sure wish I could go back there...Thank you for all your visits Mark, I'm happy you enjoyed what you saw...I will get to more of yours:-)

The ground work for this amazing design was laid out when you originally painted this image Mark! I like the splendid use of color in this beautiful design...if the colors were a real person, they would scream at the people walking by to take notice. Colors as bright as these, don't often go unnoticed anyway!
Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better, the holidays are fast approaching and with that comes Mr Turkey and then Santa. You have my best wishes for the New Year to bring a package of good will and great surprises your way, may you find yourself in great spirits and good health during the holidays. Now I didn't necessarily consult my magic 8 ball on this, but I have a feeling its going to be a great year coming your way my friend! :-)

this is really pretty. it's a splash of color as the days get darker with less sunshine. it looks like a jigsaw puzzle. I do believe there are hidden messages in this, too. I see letters and numbers and animal shapes. I think you just might have painted a new blessing or prayer; a new wish for better things to come. you deserve a better year to come, dear Mark, and with every view of this wonderful image, a blessing is going out to you. ((hugs))

Well, this certainly woke me up . Great colors and designs--could actually pick out a few people lurking behind all the wild mayhem of colors and swirls :) Glad to know you're doing better and really forward to your AOM interview :)

I see a vat of still hot and liquid candy before it's poured into molds to make hard candy drops.
