Description

(sunrise near home, some years back) Hi everyone. Long day, I'm just now able to post the links to my a.o.m. Ricky did all the editing, and he read a portion of one of my tales. (Many thanks for everything, Ricky!) Some of you have been asking for links: The first link is to the interview; the second is to the original post. Thanks so much for all your support, everyone. I appreciate it greatly. I'm commenting again, and I'm getting to you all. Take care and stay healthy, and thanks again for everything, mark interview first post ------------------

I just read that interview.... Even in an interview, your mastery of the art of word-crafting shines through. Every bit as inspiring as this gorgeous shot with those epic god-rays shining down on that 'little' pond you live next to!

Fantastic photo, Mark - and again, many congratulation on a well-deserved AOM! You rock, buddy!

Now, take care of yourself and get better! That's an order from the Ladies of TNA! 👍😁

I read the interview, and listened to the reading. I left this comment: The video... the reading... is so utterly immersive, it pulls you into a place wholly separate from the world. This is what the art of writing is, and written by a writer that has reached the pinnacle of his craft. I would like to see and hear more of this kind of thing. It was a brilliant reading.

I too visited your AOM page--as always, your gift for writing leads to moments of such appreciation-nearly mesmerizing. It's your ability to dive into the depths of a subject, its very soul, that makes reading your work a wonderful trip into your mind. I am so pleased that you are this month's AOM, and wholeheartedly congratulate you on this well-deserved recognition.

P.S. Your photo is wonderful in the way it shows the sunlight playing on the water and on the surfs edge. P.P.S. Many thanks for all your kinds comments. :)

I read the interview and listened to the video reading... so moving and honest your words are; even when you're being silly, your words are moving and deep. congratulations on AOM!

Wow Mark...this photograph is amazing regardless of when it was taken. Its as if the gods from above decided to show off in front of you and personally dared you to capture the moment with your great skill behind the camera. So glad that you took them up on the challenge, because this photo is beautiful and those rays of light are full of splendor!

Like others above have mentioned, I too read your interview...the artistic side of you shined so bright in every descriptive word you used to explain in detail how you go about creating such wonderful stories to share with all of us here. Your words are golden my friend, once again congratulations on beings selected AOM...I am happy for you! :-)
