Description
“Serenity”
Print 121
No one seems to know where or why my compassion, love, and deep admiration for the Native American people came into being. I believe that it evolved through reading about these majestic warriors of the plains, and a social studies class that I was obligated to take back when I was younger in the 6th grade.
Furthermore, as I have stated before, along with other of my Native prints, that I have created. Throughout my reading, each new turn of a page brought something new about the Native American culture.
The story behind “Serenity” is rather a simple one. It’s all about a young man trying to forge a new life in the great state of Montana surrounded by a vast wilderness. This young man would find himself spending time fishing, hunting and just enjoying the life, he and his best friend had come to know and love.
However, in my heart, I can’t take all the credit for “Serenity.” I would like to dedicate this print to my cousin for letting me use the backdrop image in this print. I hope that he and his best friend have found peace and “Serenity” under those beautiful Montana skies.
This image was designed in Daz Studio pro. Using the Native American ethnicity set for the Gen 2 figure. Wolf 2.0 was also used in the illustration.
