Annie was born in South Texas in the fifties, that time of Ike and Elvis and the Edsel. Her family was solidly middle class, and her life was normal in every way except one: she was born the wrong sex.BIOShe always knew she was different, but it wasnt until the onset of puberty that she realized just how bad the problem was. She was simply not a boy. She soon discovered that not going along with the deception would get her in trouble, and quickly became very good at pretending to be what she was not. Sometimes she even convinced herself.
Finally, after too many years of living a lie, she reached the point at which it was obvious that things would have to change. Once the decision was made, things happened quickly. Counseling, hormone therapy, support groups; the transition was scary, but at the same time joyful.
She is still in the process (many say its a process that never ends), and if you think shes going to give you more detailed information than that, youre wrong; some things remain personal.

Like it, I agree about the smoke, just try making it inphotoshop think you get a better result with more control, would love to see one in a night time situation with lights on the train and in the cabins, a moon in the background, maybe a few people on the bridge. good stuff, love the train model :)

Really good scene but it's too clean -- try dirtying the textures up a bit (between the tracks, the platform, the locomotive itself and so on). The smoke could do with a bit of tweaking as well, it almost looks as a solid object as it is now. Have you tried pupi's technique with SweepNURBS and displacement?

That's a fantastic work ! Suggestion ? I would like to see some little stones between the rails : maybe it's too flat in this region

Nearly flawless image. I like the broken yellow and white stripes along the train platform, great attention to detail overall. The smoke does need some work though.

Great image. Love the detail on the train. But like said above, the smoke needs works and the ground between the trains needs dirtying up.

Absolutely fantastic! Now when I have seen it textured, I would love to see a black and white closeup rendering as seen on old photo's =)

This is one of those images that could go all the way. Like many others, I'd give my eye-teeth, once I knew what and where they were, to be able to do something like this. You must be thinking, 'too clean? with all the dirt I put in there??' But over-clean is the first impression I got too. Maybe more fog or environmental effects, a la our resident Spanish genius Carles Piles, especially in a place with a lot of soot flying around. There seems to be some fog already, but it's not the only train at St. Pancras. But, you know, F*^#in' Wow!
