Description

I found a Sarang rover model from the 2009 movie Moon at 3D Warehouse made by Ryan C. back in 2016. It was unfinished and abandoned remaining this way today as a download. The model was a solid block obj that had no moving parts. Most models one finds are like this. They are just props unsuitable for animations until you have some pieces that can be opened/closed etc. Most car models are like that. Now it has moveable stuff. I didn't do anything with it after finishing the model and forgot about it. While looking for something recently, I decided to use it. This is the Sarang #3 rover that had a crane hoist on the back of the rover. Shadows were to give the impression to look as if the light was coming from the Earth. I have the #2 rover. In the movie Rover #1 was rendered inoperative after crashing into the Helium 3 harvester. Thanks for looking.
