I'm just Molly. Mrs. Mike was my ID for many years when I modeled for my deviant husband, Mike B. It was Mike that introduced me to Poser.
I have modeled in real life a bit. My introduction to 3d imaging was through making pictures of my adventures in Second Life and over the10 years I've been learning Poser and making Poser pictures. In real life, I am a near completely retired health care professional and a full time grandma. In my digital life I am a Second Life heroine, a Second Life villainess and here and at Deviant Art I'm a budding 3D artist.
My next big project is to learn Blender.

Interesting - there's been a number of alternate histories written on this theme as well as others. Harry Turtledove comes to mind.
That Staghund is a real Franken-fighter. Looks like one end of an ME109 grafted to the back of a Ju87 Stuka with some added nose from the parts bin....
Good to see these assets mixed together and Fink never disappoints.
You sure come up with some wonderfully odd ideas Miss Molhz :)

Thanks, JD. I am aware of Harry Turtledove although I've not delved into his writing. I love these aircraft with the propeller on the back end; there was an anime I saw years ago (I think it was called "Skycrawlers") which had aircraft like this and I thought they looked very cool. Michael_C has a model of a real experimental airplane from this period that I'd like to do a picture of sometime, too.
I always enjoy hearing from you, my dear, I hope I'll continue to surprise you with something that peaks your fancy from time to time. =)

Excellent composition! Being a bit of a WW II and Alt History geek, got to say it looks quite alt-realistic. The Horten 229s overflying are a very nice touch, the remains of only extant prototype is in the restoration shop in the Smithsonian Air and Space museum. Read Harris' work many years ago, as jdwtrxk says Harry Turtledove has some interesting stories and novels in the same vein.

Thank you, Cleon. =)
With you and JD both recommending Harry Turtledove I think I'll have to get off my duff and finally have a look at some of his stuff! XD I think the flying wing look of the Horten 229 is so cool and love that there were actual flying prototypes of this airplane.

Fantastic scene. I could think of a few different different directions this could take. :)

Thanks, my dear. As a story teller I have more than one idea about it, too. I don't know that I'll pursue it closely but I might return to it from time to time. =)

A very fine image, Molly! Love all the fine details! Sure glad this alternate history didn't happen! At least in our version of reality!

Thanks, Rad. I spend a lot of time with all my images (nothing better to do, I guess ;-) ) and this one took a particularly long time. Would you believe that I have other ideas of people and activities to add to it? >.<
