I am an amateur artist. I enjoy rendering 3D compositions and exploring random trains of thought when creating new images. I get a lot of inspiration from the many wonderful artist here at Renderosity. If you find a render I have created that you like, please give me a comment. I love hearing from you. Thank all of you that have commented on my renders to date. I really appreciate you taking the time to do so!

Staticon
Another excellent train scene.
This one is a Class 7F engine, one of eleven. One batch of six was built in 1914 and the second batch in 1925.
The engine in this image is 53806, the first of the second batch, built with larger boilers by Robert Stephenson & Company’s works at Darlington.
Information on this particular engine seems a little scarce but it looks as though it spent most of its working life on the Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway (S&DJR) working heavy goods and was probably withdrawn from service around June 1964 and sold to Woodham Bros. scrap yard at Barry. Two sister engines, 53808 and 53809 were bought for preservation in 1975 and moved to Doncaster.

Wow! That is most interesting information, my friend! Thank you so much and thank you for viewing my image! I greatly appreciate your kindnesses in all areas!
Darkglass
Very cool and creative scene, nice composition and detail's..!
Radar_rad-dude
Many thanks for commenting and viewing, Darkglass! Love your recent portrait of the lovely lady, 'shrouded in mystery,' a most charming and mysterious lady! That AI is really a most astounding and marvelous creation in itself. Could I ask another personal favor from you? I don't usually bother anyone with my requests, but I have been wanting a nice little background image of a winding path coming out of an old forest with an fairytale castle in the distance. I have some ideas of how I'd like to use something like that in some of my images at DA. I can understand if you are too busy so it isn't anything serious. I just thought I'd run it by you for your consideration! As always, your friend here at 'osity!

Fabulous looking train scene, and excellent job with the steam. That is definitely one very steep and immense hillside. Great job!
Radar_rad-dude
Thanks so very much for the comment and observation of my steep hillside! I created it in Train Simulator Classic as well as the train route. I haven't played with it for awhile an have forgotten all the important ways to lay track and other world creating skills. Darn this old brain of mine! LOL! Very much appreciate your continued support!
MeInOhio
Nice scene with the train.

You might want to park a little further back from the tracks, the trains seem to be falling off the tracks these days like flies.
