I'm just Molly. Mrs. Mike was my ID for many years when I modeled for my deviant husband, Mike B. It was Mike that introduced me to Poser.
I have modeled in real life a bit. My introduction to 3d imaging was through making pictures of my adventures in Second Life and over the10 years I've been learning Poser and making Poser pictures. In real life, I am a near completely retired health care professional and a full time grandma. In my digital life I am a Second Life heroine, a Second Life villainess and here and at Deviant Art I'm a budding 3D artist.
My next big project is to learn Blender.

Great job on this, Molly. The lighting is fantastic, and really helps give it that creepy feel. Gen4 still has plenty of life left in it.

Thanks, Rod. The amazing thing to me is that there is not one light in the image. All the lighting is by the emissive materials in the lamps. It's one of the things that is easy to do in Superfly that is all but impossible in Firefly. Looking forward to P13 which has an updated version of Cycles driving Superfly; hopefully it does not disappoint. =)

I agree with Rod. Everything looks great. Nothing wrong with M4 or V4. I still use them.
MollyFootman
Thanks!
True that! Even really old meshes like V3 or A3 look fine if you pay some attention to texture. The backward compatibility of Poser is one of it's greatest features and also the thing that makes it so complicated to try to import newer DAZ stuff. Color me unconvinced that I MUST have the newer DAZ stuff to create interesting and eye-catching renderings. XD

What can I say that hasn't already been said with the lighting. It really sets the tone for this scene and enhances the look of this fantastic tunnel set. Once again, your gift for dialogue adds a lot to the image.

Thank you so much, Randy. I know you enjoy a good story so I value your opinion on my text enhancements to my pictures as much as I value your eye for a good image! <3

A few buildings in our city does not label a 13th floor.
Awesome scene and well lite for the mood.

I think avoiding the bad luck of the 13th level is no that uncommon. XD
Thanks for taking a moment to let me know what you thought about the picture, my dear! =)

I like the palette and tone in this one - so many sci-fi interiors run to harsher blues or whites, or creepy luminous greens. This looks more like dungeon lighting, which works for me.
I'm guessing Fiona is focused in the electricals toward the ceiling. Head posing angles are tricky and sometimes yield odd results that are spot on when posed but a little different in POV. I've run into this, even when using Riversoft's "Look at Me II", which lines things up pretty darn well.
Posingalso can cause troubles with legs as I sorta learned,
I like this one.
MollyFootman
Thanks, JD. I did want a feeling of "deserted creepy dungeon" with the lighting, so Mission Accomplished! XD
Yeah, I wanted Fiona to be scanning along the ceiling for signs of ducting and electrical lines hinting at hidden compartments where the mysterious "material" might be hidden. Posing is always a challenge and really needs to be fine-tuned when you change PoV. As it happens I had a lot of trouble fine-tuning Jake's pose for just that reason. =)
Of course, I'm delighted that you like this one as I spent a ridiculous amount of time messing with it. >.<

Okay! Now we are off to the races! Expect excitement and left hooks blind siding us from all directions? Well done, Molly!

Thank you so much for letting me know you enjoy these characters in this situation. I'm still not committed to a new story but think these two might be worth one. =D
