Thanks. They are year round residents here, but in spring they flock up and get all showy for the mating season :)

I zoomed in on the Redwing and saw the little orange stripe below the red mark on the wing ... Never saw that before !!!!!!!!!! ( awesome )

Very nice shot. They are starting to stake out territory in my neighbourhood. Dive-bombing season is just around the corner!

Sure is! Luckily where I find the greatest concentrations they are pretty used to people and don't attack. Unlike the crows, had a family of those in the back yard of the condo one year, not pretty :)
