I'm just Molly. Mrs. Mike was my ID for many years when I modeled for my deviant husband, Mike B. It was Mike that introduced me to Poser.
I have modeled in real life a bit. My introduction to 3d imaging was through making pictures of my adventures in Second Life and over the10 years I've been learning Poser and making Poser pictures. In real life, I am a near completely retired health care professional and a full time grandma. In my digital life I am a Second Life heroine, a Second Life villainess and here and at Deviant Art I'm a budding 3D artist.
My next big project is to learn Blender.

The crew returns - like the sharp greenish light that speaks to the scene more than basic orange-yellow candlelight, Adds a toon element that works with the characters.
MollyFootman
That greenish cast was completely unintended and is the result of the reflected light from the walls and ceiling of the room. I liked it too! Thanks for the comment, it's always great to hear from you, JD!

Lovely to see them back - now where will they be going?
MollyFootman
Thanks for commenting, my dear! I only have vague story line in mind; usually I have a story all set to go. I expect a the Odd Couple will be having various adventures even if I don't do a detailed story with them. =)

Merci beaucoup pour vos mots très gentils, Roger! J'aime toujours avoir de vos nouvelles!

The lighting is perfect for this creepy, mysterious, and wonderful scene.
MollyFootman
Thank you, Barb! All the lighting is provided by the candles and overhead light bowls. It turned out better than I hoped and everything is pretty easy to see by increasing the exposure with the Superfly Cycles X rendering engine. I love it when things work out the way I'd hoped! =)

Wow, you've created again a lot of great looking images dear friend, it's hard to decide which one I love best, because they turned out very beautiful! Stunning fantasy scene, my todays fave! I wish you a nice weekend!
MollyFootman
Thanks, Ute! Fantasy images and characters are not my strong suit so this lovely comment means a lot to me! <3

Here you created your own faery tale with a lot of fantasy. I like especially the Golem and the survace of his rough skin. The light setting is great!
MollyFootman
Thank you, Anne! I was particularly proud of the material of the Golem's skin; I wanted it to look like clay that had been used to form him. Of course, the lighting is part of my ongoing journey to learn how to portray a dimly lit scene. =)

Yes, it really looks like clay. Did you do it with the supershaders?
MollyFootman
Actually, I used some very old shaders for the Golem and they rendered very well in Superfly. The set is available here at Renderosity and it is called "Stone Generation". It can be found here:

Well would you look at that! Some amazing sorcery work! A splendid image, Molly! Bravo!

Thank you! I love Jorl, Cat Girl and Sir Squeaker and really need to do a story with them again. In the meantime, some hints at story ideas that I have will do. =)

Dear Molly, thank you for the link, very interesting! I think I try it out myself.
MollyFootman
I hope you will be able to use it in your art, my dear! =)
