Description
This started as a test for using the dforce cloak and a dforce rain, but I got frustrated and just made an image of pulp style figure.

I know nothing about dforce, but I like the kind of futuristic feel of this image. At first I thought that was a grand piano the man is resting against (I came out of classical, so I'd likely think that), but it could be a couch, a very small jet (doubt that!), or your title: A cloak...with long tails. The rain is very powerful here and the neon sign tells us this is in some urban district. Love the avant garde glasses too. A night image of some mystery and allure...
