BIO
Since 1993 the Dutch couple, Willem and Madeleine, have been working together in different fields of the arts and chose Hyperborea, as their professional name.
Being sculptors by trade, they have created a substantial collection of stone and bronze sculptures.
They've discovered the realm of computer graphics and this resulted in a large number of 3D renderings of alien landscapes inhabited with graceful life forms.
Most recently they have been working together on various projects in which they combine their sculptures, 3D artworks and original electronic ambient music into multi-media presentations.
Living in the south of The Netherlands, they have their own gallery and sculpture garden where visitors can experience their work.

Magnificent as always. Considering the title this is rather poignant to my eye. Usually I try not to interpret but just for fun I will make an exception ... I see a sacred shepherd takeing the last of the flock home for a final time ... A rare work where a star field in the heavens would detract from the somberness of the work. I love the balance of the plastic surface mass and free objects. Beyond that I can only say thanks again. :-D
