BIO
Since 1993 the Dutch couple, Willem and Madeleine, have been working together in different fields of the arts and chose Hyperborea, as their professional name.
Being sculptors by trade, they have created a substantial collection of stone and bronze sculptures.
They've discovered the realm of computer graphics and this resulted in a large number of 3D renderings of alien landscapes inhabited with graceful life forms.
Most recently they have been working together on various projects in which they combine their sculptures, 3D artworks and original electronic ambient music into multi-media presentations.
Living in the south of The Netherlands, they have their own gallery and sculpture garden where visitors can experience their work.

Simple and impressive, anyway very great for this subversive use of "skywater"

Sky is beautiful! Seems like a "time-warp" spiral...

So beautiful.........I love the roiling sky. Make the already alien landscape even more so.

What Doublecrash said. Could we be looking at the center of creation, writhing and swirling around our universal homeworld?

Excellent image!!!!

Excellent! I love that vortex effect.

Beautiful. Brings to mind a sci fi book about an entrophy well. After researching what the heck entrophy was I envisioned much what these artists are depicting here ... a chaotic vortex of beginning - or ending, depending upon which way one is going. beauty, awe, fear and hope all at once. Sometimes what I see on the insides of my eyelids at nite - buts thats another aspect. Thank you again W&M. :-D
