I'm just Molly. Mrs. Mike was my ID for many years when I modeled for my deviant husband, Mike B. It was Mike that introduced me to Poser.
I have modeled in real life a bit. My introduction to 3d imaging was through making pictures of my adventures in Second Life and over the10 years I've been learning Poser and making Poser pictures. In real life, I am a near completely retired health care professional and a full time grandma. In my digital life I am a Second Life heroine, a Second Life villainess and here and at Deviant Art I'm a budding 3D artist.
My next big project is to learn Blender.

i do like that tricky mirror work you did. most cool Molly. maybe some added minor sparkle on candles flames and a tad of smoke. Happy New Year. top notch poser work.

Thanks for your comment and your clear eyed suggestions! I'll have to consider them when I try images like this. I wanted to do more with the mirror and have Odelle reflected but couldn't come up with a camera/mirror position or angle that permitted that AND a clear view of the Demon. >.< Hadn't really been thinking about the opportunity to enhance the candle flames. =\ There's always so much to learn and attempt! XD
Have a happy and prosperous New Year, dear friend! I'll look forward to following your work and enjoying more interaction with you! =)

Great idea and image!

Thank you. I have a lot of ideas for the character but I don't think I'll start a story with her. I'd be better served to get a bit farther with the stories I've already started, I think. XD

You did a great job with this scene. The combination of lighting, color palette, composition and POV rendered to a compelling work. I love it!

I appreciate all that encouragement, my dear! Thank you so much! =)

Wow. Stunning image! Interesting character.

Thank you, Annie. It's amazing how well legacy material renders with very little tweaking of the material. =)

Who says the demon's bad?
Demons are so often misundesrstood... :)
very colorful and dramatic Mollz. Contrasts on tone and brightness always catch the eye.
MollyFootman
Demon's would generally agree with your sentiments and politely express gratitude as they eat your soul... XD
I spent a lot of time with materials and lighting on this one so I am very gratified by your kind comment on tone and brightness here! <3 Thank you, my dear.

This is just fantastic, Molly! Wow! The lighting is perfect, and that demon looks amazing.
I have P-12, but haven't messed around much with Superfly as yet. Hopefully I'll get some time soon to do a bit of playing around with it.
MollyFootman
Thanks, Rod! <3
I'm just beginning to figure out Superfly lighting and materials. While it does a decent job rendering most legacy materials, it really excels if you tweak things a bit or use materials that are set up for Cycles. Things like material layers are not available in Firefly and when you begin to mess with it, I'll be you find Superfly Cycles X hard to put down. =)

Great composition with the torches, candles and placement of the mirror. The lighting looks perfect with the supernatural glow from demon and the lighting from the candles on the figure. Makes me want to work with one of my characters I've haven't used in a while.

Thanks, Randy. I love the way you can layer material (even emissive material) in Superfly. If it inspired you to play with one of your characters I'll look forward to seeing what you come up with! =)
