I'm just Molly. Mrs. Mike was my ID for many years when I modeled for my deviant husband, Mike B. It was Mike that introduced me to Poser.
I have modeled in real life a bit. My introduction to 3d imaging was through making pictures of my adventures in Second Life and over the10 years I've been learning Poser and making Poser pictures. In real life, I am a near completely retired health care professional and a full time grandma. In my digital life I am a Second Life heroine, a Second Life villainess and here and at Deviant Art I'm a budding 3D artist.
My next big project is to learn Blender.

nice aging look on her. super work on this portrait. Happy New Year.

Thanks! I love unusual women especially a bit older (like me, heh!) and I've been wanting to do something with this one since I got her a couple of weeks back. Happy New Year right back at you, my dear! =)

Great character and expression!
MollyFootman
Thank you! I thought it would be fun the try an angry sort of expression. Usually I see kind of blank expressions or vapid smiles. Her character is "no nonsense" so this is what I went for. I'm glad you enjoyed! =)

Great character !

Indeed she is! Some of my best character creations are due to the work of the incomparable Tempesta3D. I love her content. <3

Phenomenal once again dear Molly! I love the hair you used on her and her expression is very intense.
MollyFootman
Thank you so much, Lory! I see her as a very "no nonsense", experienced woman and I wanted to giver her an expression that was a bit threatening. I couldn't have done it without all the work you put into this lovely character content; thank you, thank you, thank you!! Ohki has done some great hair and I'm glad you like how this hair complimented the look I was going for. Happy New Year! <3

Well from her portrait she seems competent, assured, and determined. All the traits that sets her apart from most. Did she start out as a heroine and then became a villain? Either way this portrait makes you want to know more of her back story, great job here.

Thanks for the validation and encouragement regarding what I was looking for in the portrait and character study. I think she lives outside conventions and would be a hero to some and a villain to others. I like to think that she's an unconventional hero that afflicts the comfortable and comforts the afflicted all the while taking good care of herself. She is pretty much a loner.

She looks like she has a story or two to tell
MollyFootman
Thanks, LP! I expect she's going to tell us some stories as time goes on. XD

Incredible work. Her expression speaks perfectly of her past life. Wow.
MollyFootman
Thank you for the very enthusiastic encouragement, Phil! I really wanted to avoid the vacant, soft smile that is usually used for portraits. XD

Excellent work on her, Molly! She does have that look of someone you don't want to cross.
MollyFootman
Thanks, Rod. I wanted to convey with her expression that she accepts no nonsense. =)

Glower is right.
I too like unusual females and look forward to seeing Agnes about. She deserves a really interesting pistol as well :)
Started playing with the steampunk spaceship. great scene-in-a-box with some excellent props that can be used in other SP or period scenes. Picked up a steampunk walker thing - a fifty foot robot with a controller's seat. An older asset but still quite useable for a SP London street scene :)
MollyFootman
Thanks, JD. She has a Smith and Wesson Ladysmith .22 caliber tucked into the back of her waist band under her jacket. She will eventually show up as an old childhood friend of the Van Humbeek sisters. =)
I haven't had a chance to mess with the space ship yet, but soon.... soon.... XD

Ladysmith is a very reliable little wheel gun :)
MollyFootman
From what I understand, they are. Hers is an antique but still very reliable as she maintains it carefully; the more modern ones have .38 caliber ammunition but the originals had .22 caliber long ammunition. I know this because I looked it all up on Wikipedia after I bought her the weapon from -=Wartech=- at Forender.com. -=Wartech=- has tons of weaponry there, both modern and classic like this neat, little revolver. =)

A very interesting character, she looks intelligent and sophisticated
MollyFootman
Possibly it's my age, but I like to have more mature women among my characters. Your comment is very pleasing to me as it suggests you see her as I hoped she would be seen. =) Thank you so much for leaving me your thoughts! <3

This is a beautiful portrait. I love the back story behind the character. Her features and expression really say a lot about her as well. Also, I feel the need to add that hairstyle to my runtime.
MollyFootman
Thanks, Randy. You may not have noticed her as one of the characters in the Christmas shopping picture. I really wanted her expression to speak to who she is and not be just another blank smile. XD All of Afrodite-Ohki's hair content is well worth it! Watch for a sale! ;-)

Magnifique personnage avec un regard et une expression envoutante.

Merci! J'aime les personnages intéressants et j'aime leur donner une expression différente du sourire vide que l'on voit souvent utilisé.
