Description

The start of the Census... As might be expected, many chompers are refusing to be coerced into registering with the Census. The appointed Guardians have responded by arresting any they can catch, loading them into Jail Wagons and transporting them to a Collection (... Detention ...) Centre for processing. Motorists have complained about the many Road Blocks and traffic jams in the last week due to the number of Jail Wagons in use. It is rumoured that the offenders will have to provide proof of residence and work. The Ministry of Waste and Recycling is also taking an interest in this matter. [Chompers are referring to the Ministry overlooking the whole of the operation as "The Ministry of Stealth and Total Obscurity"' which could apply to many a Ministry, I suppose.]

This is very cool. It's both a poster and a scene in itself. Ministry of Stealth....it's true I am seeing parallels between this and the world we are in now...but I'll leave it at that. It's getting intriguing as Chomper's adventure continues.
