Hello!
I'm the Fire Angel, I've been making 3D models since the mid 1990s and began making and selling Poser content since 2001. I'm an eccentric Englishman known by my friends to be pedantic, perfectionist, great with small kids and often amusing to be around (when I am amusing it's not always intentionally but hey it will do). My perfectionist streak means it sometimes takes me a while to finish products, but my customers tell me they are usually worth the wait.
I live in London, England, I came to this city in 1982 intending to stay for a long weekend and have lived here ever since. I hope you like my contributions to Renderosity as they accumulate, and remember to have fun making your own contributions here, whatever they are.

Apparently TRex was fairly smart as well as speedy! Let's hope Albert can get a tail swing in time!

Yeah I read an article some years back that resulted from a CT scan of several T. Rex skulls. The brain-case was significantly larger than most creatures of their size, and had particularly large olfactory and auditory centres, suggesting that they had a fine sense of smell and excellent hearing. The cochlear chamber was also large and refined in shape, making it likely that they had particularly good low-frequency hearing — great for picking up footfalls!
The visual centres were also large, with a fatter optic nerve than any other land carnivore of their era. They also had more overlap between their eyes' fields of view than any other Theropod — 55 degrees which is more than a hawk has — and larger eyeballs than most, suggesting excellent vision — and no, keeping still would not have helped...
So, smarter than most creatures of its era, with an excellent sense of smell, superb hearing and fantastic eyesight. Oh, and probably the highest bite strength of any land animal that ever lived.
I am really glad there aren't any in my neighbourhood!

Things here could become pretty tense in a hurry! An 8-ton tail.... That could definitely ruin t-rex's day.
Fantastic work on this!
