Contributions from Richard mostly, and Tracy only rarely . Albert unfortunately, is no longer with us to type his thoughts - however as most of them were unprintable, it's probably better that he can't type them.
BIO
Richard's a Mechanical Engineer specialising in Stress Analysis. Due to the poor state of Finite Element Modellers he's spent a fair bit of time writing translators to enable packages like Poser, Studio, Truspace etc to act as modellers for mechanical products. Why not use CAD.. Because the file formats are too complex! Tracy is a Library assistant in Europe's largest learning resource centre (University library & computer department to most!). We used to have a character cat called Albert. He features in a picture or two.
Richard occasionally makes a few freebies which he distributes with the aide of Renderosity, mostly as a way of saying 'Thank you' for the help he's been given over the years by other members of the community. Though, making these items does also act as an outlet for a need to create that is occasionally stifled by the paperwork associated with his job.

The old old V3 ? My goodness, I can't believe my eyes, it's such a good render.

Thank you very much. Yes it is a reappearance of Glamorous Vickie 3. I have used the DAZ Uber shader, fitting in the standard V3 textures into the correct spots. The background is an HDRI from PolyHaven, and the dress is a Cocktail Dresses for G8F. That's all. Well, the pose is converted to V3 from one of my G8F walking poses by my G8F to GV3 pose transfer script. It's really nice to use this character, feel comfortable working with her

Are the shoes part of the same cocktail dress set?

The shoes are part of Jim Burton's Calendar Girl's add-on to GV3. https://www.daz3d.com/calendar-girl-set-for-glamorous-vicki

V3 really looks amazing!

Thank you. It was to expand the clothing available for this character that I went through the learning experience that led to my Parametric to TriAx Characters tutorial here: https://www.renderosity.com/freestuff/items/96369/tutorial-triax-figures-from-old-parametric-figures I then aimed the tutorial at A3 because 1) I already had done it with GV3 and 2) A3 seems to still be used, while virtually nobody (other than me) has posted a GV3 image since I restarted playing with DS in 2019.

Richard, I got the Glamorous Vickie 3 model, I understand the hair is no longer available for sale, I got some hairs on whish list at Daz, I would like to have something that is approximately the same to fit the model, any other suggestions?

You've managed to identify a really difficult replacement problem. I simply don't know of any near replacements to the Las Vegas hair. I did try Linday's Side Layered Messy Hair with GV3 here (https://www.renderosity.com/gallery/items/2936479/older-figures-updated) but it's not the same - though that was done with GV3 loaded from the Poser Runtime to make things much more difficult. Angel Glam Hair for G3F & G8F by Neftis3D at DAZ is like Las Vegas grown out by a foot or so. I've tried Leyton Hair for G3F and so on and they really don't replicate it. I really don't know. Which is why I'm still using Las Vegas Hair. It just seems right for GV3. To be honest, the replacement that feels least wrong to me is nothing like it at all, Goldtassel's Dragonfly Hair, as seen here (https://www.renderosity.com/gallery/items/3137860/every-girl-needs-a-dragon).
The different hairs are easiest to try out if you TriAx GV3 and then make the appropriate autofit clones as I described in my tutorial here (https://www.renderosity.com/freestuff/items/96369/tutorial-triax-figures-from-old-parametric-figures) . I made the tutorial with A3, but only started writing it after I'd dome it with GV3 first, and that's how I got the G8F dress above to fit GV3.

Is tough to look for some kind of hair that may fit this type of model. the one with red tones do not seem wavy, you have mentioned G3 hair can do the trick, I will try with anything I may have at hand :|

I think that's worth doing. I was surprised with the Dragonfly Hair.
