Description
They had been deliberating for nearly an hour. They had already extended their wait time by more than eight hours, and action that the Admiral was not at all pleased with, but reluctantly agreed to at the behest of the entire crew.
The Captain hated what they were coming to. For the safety of ship and crew.
She stood with her back to the debate, when a light on her command chair console flashed a code across the screen.
She released a sigh of relief as a faint smile touched her lips. The code signified that such a decision had been averted.
