Description
they each slowed upon approach. Eyes burned with hatred. Lang had the feud between these two types of creatures been waged. Centuries of war had left both their numbers nearly depleted, and even now the urge for dominance continued.
They squared off in a slow turning circle, each waiting for an opening to strike. Such were the battles; usually a lunge, one slip or mistake. A one strike kill. Both were powerful and skilled killers.
