You know, it suddenly occurred to me, looking through my feed, that I don’t post nearly enough male characters. It’s not on purpose actually; it’s simply that, by far, most of the character assets available are female. That’s probably because, for whatever reason, the 3D art space, at least in my limited experience, is a mostly male, mostly hetero, one. Hence, the creators of assets respond to the demand of the largest group of consumers. But even given that fact, I actually do have quite a few male characters (and related assets) that I haven’t used yet (apparently, I love the ladies too!😄).
