Description

Yeh, I know one ear is missing, but there was a painter (pardone moi, no link - he didn't seem to be a R'osity member) without a ear (imho it was also left one :). seriously speaking the original is rather big, so I had to scan it in portions. Since the ear is only outlined yet I decided to remove it after scanning not to spoil the composition. The shadows/lighting hasn't been completed as well (nose, lips, practically half of the face). I start loving drawing these plaster heads - lovely texture of the material is so great to study lighting/shadows! Thank You for viewing and commenting, digitally Yours, -Anthony.

oh, poor Vincent ;) Anyway, this head is very well done. I actually love the unfinished feeling, it's like shapin itself under viewers' eyes this way. Your technique is definitely improving a LOT. Keep it up this way, and take also my rate as encouragement, but i think this is very worthy it in full anyway :)

Great sense of form emerging here & the shading on the left eye is beautiful, this really has feeling too. Well done ; )

The face looks really great! The shape of the head might be a bit too bulbous, but those eyes...woohooo ;)

Hiya Anthony, HOw r u, amn this is a really nice pic u have drawn, simply amazing, sory for the late comment but I havent bin online much. U really have done an amazing job and I am stil waiting for ur reply to my mail. Once again amazingly done.
