At the first look the police inspires me the magical word of the old cartoon such as Merlin or the Walt dysney's ones. So While I am reading I expect to see a back ground such as a forest of a field but something a little bit magic and scary. Check out the work of Dan_ritchie I saw some work which could fit (according to me). Otherwise it's good. cheers

Hmmm... frames are your FETISH, right ? I've a friend coming from Academy of Fine Arts in Venezia. His first HTML page, thanking a WYSIWYG tool, was just 200MB heavy... :-) I think you're FAR better positioned. I suggest you to approach the issue in a drastic and furious way: try the GIMP! and forget PS. (another useful link is http://gimp-savvy.com/)
