Its a ambitious theme Julie. I think you got great talent as I see from your first pic. On this one, a somber and darker place is more suitable for displaying lighting. Nerd's props are just wonderful, I like to see you have another go at it. Cheers, Jay.

I think this is a beautiful render,,, There is rain, lightening, and a lens flare,,, they have all been incorporated into the image very very well,,, Excellent job,,, :-)
