Description
Happy New Year! We had the traditional dragon parade and firecrackers and all, and, despite the rain, a good time was had by all.
I tried a more detailed approach to the color on this one, and as a result it took a bit longer. I am pretty happy with the results though.
Remember, although the year of the goat comes only every 12 years, it's always the year of the Penguin. ;)
