Description

' His teeth did not imbed gently... instead they tore a gash across the muscle of my neck as his fangs entered violently where my throat rose from my arched shoulder and fished for the life-giving artery. I thrashed, throwing all my strength against him, actually drawing his blood where my fingers vainly clawed at him. But I might as well have tried to tip a sleeping elephant. ...Still I fought, forcing him to break bones to keep from ripping my throat beyond repair. ...In his fist was wound my hair and on his lips was delicious Death...'

This is the colored version of my sketch 'Dying', an illustration for one of my stories located in Elfwood (http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/libr/s/a/sandraleigh3/iamnothuman1.txt.html I am NOT Human!) It took me well near two weeks from photograph (taken by Amy Moore of me and a friend, Jack, who helped with the creation of Alia's sire and fleshing out the details of her background.) to sketch to cg glory. But at long last I am done... and dang it, I need some sleep! Photoshop 6 over scanned sketch from photo reference

thank you, one and all. I really thought this one would be lost in the ocean of stuff out here! Thank you. I'm still bothered a bit by her face but cause of the angle and all I can't really do much about it. But I'm more than happy about everything else.
