Absolutely brilliant! You've got me in goosebumps... more, more, more! Vignettes like these really do take the graphic elements to a whole different level. Well done, sir!

Very good job, Chuck. Powerful and moving. Touches an emotional chord. Graphic is rich with complex light, shadows, and textures. Shows the thoughtful work you put into it.

Excellent job on the colors and lighting. You kept it realistic, instead of dark and stylized, and that makes the picture work better.

Excellent visual storytelling. The composition of the hallway and the couples pose definately works to create a feeling of silence after the conflict. My only comcern is the size of the gun near her hand, from the shape of it I'd expect it to be larger.. but that means less than nothing.

Yes, I anguished over that piece myself. The handle looked too small for her hand yet I let it go. Chalk it up to laziness. Thanks for the comment, TS!

This image demonstrates a high level of craft...the lighting, the set, the perspective. To offer some minor critique: there could be just a tad more tension in the male's pose, given the drama of the situation. Perhaps the line from the hand through the shoulder which looks slightly "relaxed" could be tweaked a bit, especially to contrast with the inert pose of the female figure...still, overall, a very strong image.
