Description


This is my first serious attempt at texturing a full character. Most of it, inluding the textures, was done in Poser and then exported to MAX. There I fixed and smoothed out some polygons, added the katana, and tweaked the materials to get that action-figuer look, which I don't think I achieved 100%.

Didn't you encounter any problems importing to MAX? When I import poser char into max, There is always some weird mix-up with UV-coordinates. They seem to be right but there's something seriously wrong in seams.

I didn't see anything like that, but I exported it as OBJ file, which is not importable to MAX by default. If you exported it as 3DS try doing it as OBJ, there's an obj2max plugin at this page http://www.habware.at/duck4.htm
