Thanks again for the complements. The water is Terragen, but with a doctored Imagine reflection superimposed on it. I wish Imagine could render water like this but I haven't been able to find the right combo of textures yet.

This is called an ekranoplane. Ive seen one documentary on TV some years ago about this russian vehicles. Some of them look like getting out from a Sci-Fi movie. This is a very good one.
