Orbiting Mars The USS Independence orbiting Mars preparing to launch the Mars Lander Cumberland. The Lander will soon drop away and descend to the Martian surface landing at Mars base Jamestown1. This model was created in Bryce5 from scratch, all concepts and designs by me. The starfield was created in Universe. David

the modelling on the ship is very impressive but theres something odd about the planet, I didn't think mars was blue and pink?

squidinc, thanks for the comment but, the image is from NASA, there was no color correction prior to rendering. I've seen so many different images of this planet, take your pick about what the actual color is. ;-)
