Description

A bit of a flight of fancy this one, as I doubt you would have ever met a Native American woman looking quite as glamorous as this in the 19th century (and that's not a disparaging comment towards Indian woman by the way). Started life as a landscaping excercise but ended up as a character study as usual. Bryce crashed twice, losing hours of work each time, then photoshop did the same during postwork. Then I couldn't get the thumbnail to save below 15K...not sure this image wanted to get seen. Thanks for stopping by...hope you like it - Ian

This is really great! I'm so glad you stuck it out and were able to post it. I like the camera angle particularily and the snow looks real enough to grab and make a snowball. (I also wish they let us have bigger thumbs, but I found the problem is that Pshop saves a preview with your thumb--if you uncheck this you can get it under the dratted 15kb limit.)

Excellent work, both as a landscape and a figure study. The whole scene looks like it was painted by hand and not rendered from a computer prog. I enjoyed viewing. And I agree with L.W., uncheck saving previews in photoshop, and life will be easier.

Wonderful job on the figures, as always... and all inserted into a beautifully realized landscape. My compliments.

Cool scene setup. I don`t know how many NA women one might have found back then who would have been as glamorous or mabe even more glamorous (ok, my visualizations of this are a bit different). However, I am quite sure that they would either have been glamorous and alive or without hair and dead.
