Description

"Trust in dreams, for in them is the hidden gate to eternity." --Kahill Gibran As was intended, there is something oddly disconcerting about this piece. Something familiar yet dark and a little unsettling. I guess that

excellent work-once again, awesome use of blurring, the DOF is incredible, it gives it a real photograph look. great work on the tree and sing too, the position of the swing is perfect. overall atmosphere and composition rocks-excellent job!

Wow! In composition and art this is so far your best IMHO. I love it. Youv'e conceived this with such art and sensitivity. It reminds me of those endless summer afternoons when I was a child. Definitely appropriate for your intentions. Excellent DOF and atmosphere, but most of all it instills an impact to the audience. Excellent job!!!

Wow, I can almost hear the swing squeak. Great POV and amazing use of DOF! The whole image gives a mysterious atmosphere, and yes there is something dark in it, reminds me of some horror flick. Excellent job!

Agreed with all above. My only reservation is that the POV or the DOF makes the swing seemingly not perfectly in it's horizontal state. But that's just a detail. Excellent work.

This is the first time I think I have ever seen your work and I must admit, this is wonderful. Love the POV and DOF. A very sensitive and tender image. :)

I agree with the above. It's hauntingly beautiful, like you think something may have happened there, but are unsure why. Awesome...

Wonderful atmosphere and spectacular perspective. I also like your grainy use of DOF. Makes me wonder where the kid went, it seems that the swing's just been used. Top job.
