Description
This is actually somewhat of a terrain study, Iv'e been using "512 - ultrafine" terrains but it still looked low res and I think it was because of the type of fractal I was using. Anyway, this was originally a terrain only project but I started putting trees and got carried away, I wanted to make it more dense but my computer was freezing due to lack of memory. So this is pretty much what I got.
Bryce with postwork in Photoshop to bend some palms. Thanks for viewing and a great week to all!

Beautiful idea! Looks like a scene from a movie about the prehistoric times.

A very impressive piece indeed!!

Excellent work, like always, Alvin :) You have a real good eye for detail there and I can't see it to be low-res

What a wonderful image ! Lots of work in it. The light is fine, the trees are very nice, the color of the terrain is ok. A very convincing image. Top.--Arend--

aha! heheheh see, if you'd done my Alpha Planes tutorial you could've added about a million more trees with not even half the memory you needed for this ;) heheheh still very good though, but you do need that denser growth
