Description

A quick landscape. My first scene with snow. I drew inspiration from the works of Doug Martin aka ocddoug, one of my favorites. If you ever need inspiration visit his gallery. =) Trees: I made with Xfrog. Grass: www.3dplants.com. Everything else with Bryce: 0.01 DOF, 36rpp. A little post in Photoshop. Thanks for dropping by.

Love the trees and the way they draw your eyes right into the scene. The mountains with the snow and fog are excellent. I really enjoyed viewing very much.

Gorgeous landscape, Alvin. Great work on the mountains and trees, don't change a thing! Your images are always so reality filled that it's hard to know if it's Bryce or a photo at times. Very beautiful work! :)

Wonderful image Alvin and you couldn't pick a better artist to get inspiration from. Love the scene you have created and those trees are very well done indeed. The sense of scale is awesome as well as the depth. For me, I would probably make the mountains more hi res. Still this is beautiful, awesome and well executed art. Top job. ---- Scott.

Whoa Alvin! A wonderful landscape... I like specially the soft, almost dreamy quality of the distant mountains, the detailed foreground and the contrast between the two. You also got a great snow, and the light look... volume! :) [I love specially the way in which ligths the mountain tops to the left]. Another pearl in your gallery, my friend!
