One of several poses taken for the back cover of my book. 'Tis me and Ivan, my 12.5 year old cat. Isn't he gorgeous!? He just HAD to get in on the photoshoot, I can't go anywhere in the house without him. He's my angel and erzatz muse (Just don't tell Clio!)
*Update* Unfortunately, this gorgeous creature has left my life forever. He died in my arms August 2009 after a prolonged illness that took his weight from 18lbs to 8. He is dearly missed.
BIO
My newest novel, The Speaker, is now available from DDP! Love in Ruins and Mercy's Ransom are still available as ebook DDP Fictionwise.com and Amazon.com ; so help me out and buy a copy so they'll want the second books in the series that I'm currently working on. And if it seems like my poser art is improving... let me tell you... it IS the size of your equipment! (New (read: borrowed) machine with much more RAM than mine!) I've been drawing for decades (won't tell how many;), then was introduced to Poser. I fell in love in an instant, not only for the myriad backgrounds it allows me to provide which were ALWAYS the bane of my talent, but to provide realistic poses to draw from when I feel like picking up a pencil! I think I'm finally getting better!

nice work :) As little advice, I would suggest to make more homogenic the greengrass, which looks too shining under the tree and leaves of the willow. :)

um, that's not grass, those are leaves and water. Thank you for the compliments, and I realize the willow is a little dull and illdefined compared to the background at the moment but until I get a wacom, they'll have to stay that way. that's too much to expect from my mouse at the moment, I think.
