Description

Hi all. I have adjusted the clouds to get rid of those horrible edges, added some more variation, altered the lighting a bit. Stil to do: create a few more detailed trees to replace the large trees currently in the scene. I am trying not to focus on a single image too much because the entire terrain will be used in an animation I have been working on for a very long time now. Ratings, comments and flames all greatfully accepted. Cheers, Roux

how did you mod the trees? a plugin or by hand? otherwize this is a damn fine photo

the only thing I dont like in the tree are those triangular? poligons for the leafs! the rest is awesome!!!

I think this is great. But i think the lightning could be changed a bit. Maybe even use projection images to let some clouds throw shadows on the ground.

I gotta agree with oblivionblack... the leaves are kinda distracting, but since you did say the magic word, animation these might not be that critical. I also like the idea of MatrixG on the clouds... And I have to let you know that you are doing a terrific job on this one. Keep posting. :o)
