Description

The final still shot update. I have modelled a number of better quality tees and leaves (Although you can't see it in this shot they are texture mapped with translucency etc but the foreground ones are all in shade). THE HIGHER LEVEL OF AA EM has killed some of the variation in the distant trees but overall I'm happy. Unless the animation has a need for some special objects plants etc, this will do just fine. Please let me know what you think. I will post some other shots from different locations on the terrain as I go.:O)

Trying to think what it is bugs me bout the trees, an the only certainty I can think of is the ratio of green leaves to wood is disproportionate. Youd get get a much better forest cover an a better look to your individual trees if you doubled or even quadrupled your leaf count, also the leaves are way too small, increasing their size will also up the sense of volume. The rest of the scene looks great ;-)

Looks fine from where I'm standing. You've done a fine job on this one.

You have achieved an excellent mood and realism. Very good work!
