Description

"Are you going to take all night? I do have other things to do ya know!" the slayer exclaimed, waiting for the vamp to get a hand up. Comments and Suggestions are always welcome. If you like humor, please check out Relaxing in the Candlelight, if you haven't already. Poser/Vue/Photoshop All were posed in Poser, rendered in Vue with postwork in Photoshop. I'm particularly proud of the tombstone that is featured as it's the first model I've actually UV Mapped and textured myself using a photo I took. For those of you wondering, the inscription says "Here lies I.P. Sheck, who always said "What the Heck" Until a Vampire bit him on the neck." Not great poetry, but it was all that would fit. :) Credits: Image, Main Tombstone, Lots of Postwork by ShadowWind Koshini by Lady Littlefox and Daz Haunted House by Sams3D Additional tombstones by Holli from Free Stuff Trees from Vue's Tree Library

Very well done! I think that you should do more of these caricature like depictions. You have a good eye for these, and a very subtle touch that makes them very effective and not overdone. Thanks for sharing!

Excellent Shadow! I love the work you have done with the lighting and even though I am not familar with Koshini, it is quite obvious that your excellence in caricature is over the top! I love the lights in the eyes of the gravestone and the hands sticking put of the ground. For someone who has watched Buffy for many years, they always knew to watch where they were walking...one never knew what or who would come up out of the ground. I would be remiss if I did not mention you obviously brilliant work on the house, the trees and leaves. You have this ability to bring us into the story...only a few can do that!

Love the theme, your work as always is incredible. I am painting on my wall this weekend and I use your airbrush technique as a reference. You airbrush techniques are an inspiration along with this wonderful work. Thank you for allowing me to see this piece of art.

I may not be a fan of Buffy, and have only watched about 30 minutes of the original movie before turning it off - (sorry, just not my cup of tea) - however, this personal opinion of such subject matter does nothing to interfere nor subtract from the expertise and enormous artistic skills that you weld with precision. I'm especially proud of your first efforts at UV Mapping and texturing my friend, that Tombstone is beautifully done. Believe it or not, I once did the lettering and graphics on headstones for a company that manufactured such dedication stones. This is another marvelous render Shadow, and I'm curious, is that a stake in her hand, or just a porkchop? Sorry, bad humor! Excellent work, and apologies for the late comments.
