Description

Trying to improve upon my black and white techniques. Had to do some touching up in Photoimpact. Please give any constructive criticism.

Sweet.....the lighting from the window is superb!...as a tip for next time, maybe trying to keep the window sill out of the image, by changing angles slightly? I love the tones here and her obvious absorption in what she was doing while you were photographing her.... great work!

Very expertly done. Tones from black to white are perfest, as are details in the hair. Hope you come over to the Forum aqnd teach us how you do this.

Thanx to all of you and your compliments, especially your suggestions. Misha: you made me blush! I am a meer beginner, it is you who could do the teaching. For me it is still trial and error while I fool around with my manual settings. Thanx for the invite though :D

Man, expert portrait work! I agree with Michelle slightly, perhaps take the window out...or put more of it in! But tis still wonderful.
