Nice start. Very good neon lihts. Here are some comments. Everything looks very synthetic (like made from carton boxes). So fix all edges- make them looks old, damaged a little. Very bad is pavement- use tiles or something. Add some dirty papers, trash cans. And finally- the water is not realistic. Waiting forward to see uptades. Good Luck.
